Since graduating from USC and joining Voit Real Estate Services back in 2003, Seth Davenport’s strong work ethic, competitive spirit and talent for building strong relationships have supported his rise to the top tier of commercial real estate professionals. He earned the title of Executive Vice President, the firm’s highest designation, in record time and assumed a leadership role as a member of Voit Real Estate Services Board of Directors and as a mentor to other Voit professionals.

Never satisfied with the status quo and an innovator by nature, Seth created a comprehensive commercial property marketing platform that has set a new standard for the industry. Whether the client is a local business owner looking to lease, purchase or sell, or an institutional investor who wants to acquire or dispose of a large portfolio, Seth delivers the same high level of service, which is based on superior market knowledge and a desire to outperform his clients’ expectations.

As his relationships with major business and property owners have deepened over the years, Seth has become a trusted advisor and consultant to legacy business and property owners whose holdings have taken them to new levels of wealth. He is an expert in handling the complexities and difficult choices that go along with managing assets that have increased in value by orders of magnitude.

Outside of work, Seth recognizes the value in giving back. He and his wife Kim are actively involved in the Board of Directors for Willow International, an organization dedicated to combatting sex trafficking in Uganda. Seth is also on the Board of Directors of Gen Next, which focuses on positive generational change through National Security, Educational Reform and Economic Growth. Always up for a big challenge, he trained for and completed a 50-mile ultramarathon, which raised over $70,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project.

His personal interests include reading, golf, horseback riding, camping and physical fitness. Seth and Kim reside in Newport Beach with their daughters Charlotte and Claire.

Sabas just celebrated 22 years working with the Zehner Davenport Industrial Group. Sabas acts as a liaison between the team and it’s many clients. He is the team's go-to resource for so many things, but is primarily involved in aggregating market data, developing digital and print marketing collateral, and managing the team’s massive proprietary database that serves as the engine for the team's targeted marketing campaigns.

Sabas is a graduate from Cal State Fullerton. Sabas enjoys the outdoors and has hiked Mt Whitney.

Michael joined the Zehner Davenport Industrial group in 2012 after earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate from University of San Diego. Right from the start, he demonstrated his eagerness to become a North Orange County market expert and share his knowledge with property investors and business owners to help them make informed real estate decisions. His balanced approach to the business has led to a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges faced by investors, owner-users and tenants.

Known for his diligence, integrity and attention to detail, Michael’s clients rely on him to provide all the information they need to move forward with confidence. He represents numerous industrial business park owners and proactively markets their space through street canvassing and use of the team’s state-of-the-art digital marketing platform. Those efforts often result in his representing both parties in many of the transactions he completes. Now a 10-year veteran in the industry, he is known for his proactive approach in handling even the most complex issues to ensure optimum results for his clients.

Michael resides in North Tustin with his wife, Morgan, and 2-year-old son, Harvey. His outside interests include mountain biking, motorcycles, and classic cars. You can regularly find him and his son at Saturday morning car shows around the county.

Chris, now a Vice President in Voit’s Irvine office, joined Voit in 2018 after working for several years at another real estate firm. He has a wide range of experience in multiple property and transaction types, including leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants, property acquisition and disposition, ground-up development and redevelopment. At Voit, Chris focuses primarily on representing tenants, owner/users, landlords and investors throughout Southern California in industrial and office transactions. He has personally completed over 200 transactions with total consideration of more than $300 Million throughout the Western United States.

An entrepreneur at heart, Chris built and sold his own company while attending Loyola Marymount University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2012. He used the proceeds of that sale to get his start in the commercial real estate business. Ever since, Chris has applied what he learned as a business owner to gain a better understanding of what his clients’ need to make informed decisions about their facilities and investments. He is also an investor in commercial real estate for his own account, so he knows what investors need to analyze, underwrite, and operate acquisition opportunities.

Chris is known for his thoroughness, attention to detail and superior customer service. He also maintains a network of professional relationships in industries that support commercial real estate, including attorneys, accountants, architects, builders and lenders, all of whom he can call on for expertise in support of his clients.

A Las Vegas native, Chris has resided in Southern California since 2008. He loves to play golf & exercise, enjoys live music events, good food and has been an avid reader all his life.
